After experiencing beautiful destinations around the world, her parents chose to retire at Sandestin Beach Resort. The beauty of the Emerald Coast quickly enamored Cindy too. Born in Champaign, Illinois, Donna Starling moved frequently with her US Air Force family. Her journey led to the beaches of Florida, where she found her true home in 1978.
